Jacob Hiers - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was recommended to his office by some friends. I was immediately greeted with a smile and handshake. Jacob listened to all of my needs, created a policy best suited to save me money every month, and his accessibility is top notch. He does not send me an overwhelming amount of emails or unnecessary phone calls. I've never had a better experience with an insurance agent and he has a customer for life.

I have both a car insurance policy and a rental/jewelry policy with Jacob. He has always been very knowledgeable on any questions I have had with my policies. He was able to compare multiple coverage scenarios quickly so that I could choose the policy that would work with my budget. He and his staff are very responsive. If I send an email I get a response that same day. Overall great customer service!

I really loved this office in the beginning, however, they just keep breaking promises. I've been using this office for some time now and overall my experience has been pretty good until recently. The first lackluster experience was when I was moving into a new apartment. It took multiple phone calls, multiple emails and texts over the course of several days to get my renters insurance updated to give to my property manager. I was promised this multiple times and they took far too long to deliver. Ultimately this slowed down my move in process, which I did not care for. Secondly, I referred my girlfriend to this office for her car insurance. Jacob Hiers himself answered the phone when I first called. He took his time with me 1 hour and 8 minutes to be exact walking through my Statefarm offerings side x side at the time with my Progressive insurance explaining what each piece of coverage means on the policy and how it applies to me.Fielding all of my questions and putting a lot of concerns at bay through his patience, knowledge and layman’s explanation. It was a no-brainer to switch Jacob Hiers Statefarm as my new insurer. 6 months later I called again and Mr. Hiers answered close to Thanksgiving Holiday (day before actually).
