I’ve been with this agency for years and they continue to deliver top-tier customer service. They recently bailed me out in a stressful situation, and Karen’s kindness and responsiveness truly stood out. They are always professional, caring and reliable. I could not recommend them more highly.

It’s been almost a year since I filed a claim and I needed that time before I posted a review. The way this agency treated me was inhuman and abusive. They were great when taking my money but when filing a claim for a profoundly tragic situation I was mocked and at one point even laughed at. They did not express any care or concern, simply put they only care about profits. It was shocking to deal with such crass and ignorant people when facing a life changing event. One would think that an insurance agency would have some compassion for victims, they do not.

I've been with them for over 30 years. They have shifted from company to company occasionally, in order to find the best deal for me. Today I spoke with Marlena about adding another car, and setting my mom's house up for insurance here. They are always super helpful, and do the best to find the best deal. At one point I was with Hartford and my home insurance went up 1k a year, they caught it before I did, called me, and got me switched to Safeco. I've also had Travelers. All through them. For me, there has been a HUGE benefit in having a company that reps multiple insurance brands. They have always been kind and helpful over the years.

I was first introduced to this place by my dad and I decided to get my own through this company. I have been working with Lindy and she's my absolute favorite, so caring and helpful. It's been nothing but smooth sailing with her. I wanted to give a shout out to her for being the best agent I've dealt with involving insurance. Highly recommend this place.

Usually the nest rates in town. Not the case for me personally right now but in the past they have been amazing. So they still get 5 stars even though I can't afford ins through then currently.
