Everyone in Jeff's small office recognizes me when I go in--I like & appreciate that. I recently met with Jeff for an "annual" policy review. When Jeff's office asked to set this up, I thought "We're happy with our policies & coverage, what are we going to gain?" I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough Jeff was in reviewing our coverage. We have both home & car insurance with State Farm. Sure, there was the routine "Is this still your phone number, email, etc." But then Jeff carefully explained our coverages, what discounts we currently get, how and WHY we might want to adjust the deductible on our homeowners policy. Jeff and his whole staff are excellent. We have done business with them for 23 years. Jeff has been a real pleasure to work with, and is very helpful, and worked for my good in a couple hail claim situations, benefiting me significantly. Kerry, the lead secretary, is excellent, too, as well as, Talia and Stephanie, the other assistants in the office. Kerry really is personable, knowledgeable, patient, and she clearly works very hard for the customer. Jeff , Kerry, and his whole staff, have been VERY helpful. You will be quite pleased and impressed with them.

We recently moved to Billings and Jeff’s office has helped make that transition easy even with the chaos of moving. We were able to get all our car , homeowners, and life policies taken care of. Communication either by phone or email is very prompt and all of our questions or concerns were answered. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend!
