Our previous broker left the company without notice and let my home insurance policy run out. I had to pay a $1500 fee to my mortgage company after talking to my new broker at least 25 times. When I went to renew my home insurance, the broker couldn't answer any of my questions about appropriate coverage for my home. This is their job, so this is unacceptable. The brokers are also very hard to get ahold of. I am currently searching for a new broker to provide better support.
Johnny is a straight up Medicare expert and he made sure his whole team of agents is too. They do a great job even when it's complicated.
Horrible experience when I needed them the most. I tried to be supportive but I don't recommend them
