Read the reviews and called Taylor. Only spoke to him one time on the phone after getting my home owners and auto policies with him. He is never in the office when I call and dies not return calls. The gals that answer the phones are amazing. They have helped me with my questions regarding coverage, etc. Great company, poor communication with Taylor. This is unfortunate as I trusted him with my insurance.

Terrible customer service! No one ever answers the phone & extremely slow to respond back through email.

Great Service!!! I highly recommend working with Taylor Malphrus if you can get him. He's a man of his word and if he can get it done for you he will. He's an incredible guy and will work hard for you. Got me an excellent rate on my homeowners policy that was much less than my old one. On top of that I got even more coverage on my house! Very happy. Trust me when I say, He will get you the best rate and deal for you and your family. Very honest and trustworthy man. I don't do post like this usually but this man deserves the credit. Hes helped and advised me on other Insurance policy options as well, Life, Auto, etc. Hes helped me and my family with all of them. Work with him, and I promise you won't regret it. Had a bad fire in are car. They help us very quickly didn't play around. Yous know what I'm talking about. We have all had one thing happened to us. Where they play around and make you wait N Wait. But they didn't do that to us. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Very Happy with them.

I was notified by Mr. Sauls that a company that they used for my home insurance was liquidated in Florida. I called many times to schedule an appointment with Marty Sauls as per his instructions, and I have not been able to get an appointment. All I am told is that he is rewriting 200 policies! This company does not have enough decency to call people back which is very disrespectful and a poor business model. Highly dissapointed!!
