My family have had our home, auto, and life insurance with State Farm for too many years to even count. Our previous agent retired, and we now have Ms. Bland and her outstanding professional staff. No questions go unanswered, and when I go into the office I’m always met with a friendly greeting. Thank you to all the staff.

Raven was so knowledgeable and thorough. I was inquiring about adding my daughter to our auto policy. We are about to purchase her a car and just needed to confirm our new premium rates prior to our big purchase. Raven has been so patient with my husband and myself throughout this process, responding promptly and providing us with various coverage options. Worst agent ever. Condescending and the staff is rude. I stood in the door 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. She then cancelled my insurance, telling them that I requested the change.
