Kelly is amazing at Allstate. She has helped me secure car and home insurance for my properties and patiently explained while I asked the same questions several times with a screaming child behind me. Kelly is knowledgeable and was able to do a great compare with my previous insurance and coverages and tell me whether she’s able to match or beat their price. 9/10 she could beat the price and when she couldn’t, she would genuinely advice me to stay as it didn’t make sense to move now. This is what kept bringing me back to Kelly and moving more of my insurance needs under her umbrella. She’s great at her job and knows what shes doing !

First off, Kelly is awesome at her job. Every time I call the office with a question or concern she is on it! Did I mention she’s funny too? Never disappointed with our interactions. :) Jamilynn is an awesome agent and not only got me the best rates I could find but also worked with me when an insurance adjuster drove by my property and cancelled my homeowners insurance for a few missing shingles… Jamilynn was on it, responsive and able to get the issue resolved easily. Pleasantly surprised with the degree of customer service here! You can’t go wrong.
