The clerk called an agent we processed a new policy. Clerk printed and it was a good clean deal.

All around great! IWV Insurance has always done a great job of handling my automobile and property insurance needs. And this was not exception. I walked into the office, added a new vehicle to my policy, and was out the door within about 5 minutes. Great service! MB

I've been a customer with this office since about 2002, they brokered my auto and home insurance. In those early days everything was great, then my agent retired and things were never the same. At one point I let them know I moved, yet only one of the policies followed me. I called to get the other policy mailed to me and thought it was fixed, but no. Called again, and thought it was fixed, AGAIN NO. I gave up and just cancelled that policy (auto). Recently I sold the home and needed to cancel that policy. Covid has put the office to go by remote, so you leave a message and they "will call you back". I called and left messages with them 3 times in a 10 day span and got no return call. Then about a week later I received an email from them giving all the phone numbers of the compani
