I just want everyone to know what an outstanding staff we have here in Ridgecrest with State Farm! Since May 16th of 2025 I have been in stress dealing with other insurance people. I had a vehicle (No driver) Run into my garage knocking the door completely off, ramming into my car and pushing it into the wall adjacent too my kitchen. So much damage and at 5:30 in the morning I was sound asleep as it happened. Anyway I have struggled with getting the insurance to pay the full amount of what my kitchen repairs came out to be. I just stopped and ask Chris at State Farm here for help and he was johnny on the spot. In know time I had all my expenses paid for Kudos for Ridgecrest State Farm! Gary’s State Farm office is GREAT! I am so appreciative of having a local agent to go in and talk to about my claims since sometimes corporate doesn’t quite understand the needs and challenges of a rural small town community.

Ultimately my claims were handled and paid in a timely fashion however, the shear volume of confusing texts and emails were ridiculous. I know this was partially due to the fact that we had 3 claims that were being worked simultaneously ( not usual I’m sure) but the claims department seemed inept at keeping them straight. The good news, Irene from your office worked with me to keep things in order as best as she could - if not for her efforts I feel things would have been an absolute mess. Steve-
