Getting your questions answered is very hard. Once you sign your money to them it's like they don't care. I ended up just closing my account this year. Calling them is a hassle. The customer service is terrible. The back and forth I've had to go through for what should be a simple call back is insane. Whoever the first girl that I spoke to was incredibly rude and wouldn't even try to hear what I was asking. I've had to call back several times the last couple weeks just to get answers and I still have questions. I'm tired of having to call. The only person who is trying to help is Brook.

They charge $35 dollars for a copy of your contract. For anyone considering them the customer service is very poor I changed my policy distributions from lump sum to monthly 3 months before the anniversary date giving them plenty of time to activate it. I called on the month that monthly distributions wee to take place and they stated they were sending a lump sum. They are unorganized and provide a different reason why they are unable to correct this immediately furthermore the staff has been unapologetic and giving attitude. To be clear this is an annuity and they are stalling the payment back to me the client. Please find another company to do business with at this point I may need to hire an attorney.

I had purchased $10,000.00 whole life coverage back in the eighty's Then bought paid up insurance as time went along , seems to be working. This policy first purchased In Prairieville, Louisiana and a relatively simple form to get started.

We don't have a policy with this company, but they tried to take $52.44 out of our bank account..... TWICE!

This ins company has given me the runaround since my husband's death still taking premium payments out sent all documents needed for claim and still nothing we have paid on these policy's since 2005 I am very disappointed in this company as I could sure use the money right now I would not recommend this company
