I have always heard such good things about this agency. So when my mother was looking to save money on her car insurance policy, I suggested we go here to see what they could offer. I wish I had gotten his name, but the "gentleman" who assisted us was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. He definitely made us feel like we were bothering him. He didn't seem to make any effort whatsoever in finding us the best rates, telling us at one point that they "didn't like to do that" when we stated we were only looking for an affordable coverage option. I definitely regret wasting his time and especially ours. It was an embarrassing and disappointing experience, to say the least. If I could give zero stars, I would.
