I've been a business client for a number of years. If you own a business and have a liability policy with these folks, make sure to have a competitor review your policy. I was sold a Business Liability policy by Paula Vanegas, she asked me a couple of questions and issue a policy and it worked fine for a number of years till the policy was audited by the underwriter, turns out the policy did not meet my needs, the only excuse she had is that I should have known what type of coverage I needed. Well if a client has to do your job and know your field better than then the so called expert, thats a problem. I got HIT with a $12,000 FINE from the underwriter cause I had the wrong amount of coverage after an audit. They did not remove the fine and after a lot of work and money spent, Carlos Va

The agents are lazy, unaccountable liars. The representative called herself the manager when I asked to speak to him (noting her lack of commitment to service), due to her not looking into my account when I told her why I was calling. I called months ago shopping for insurance, as their insurance partner told me I needed to refer to them to see what a new rate would be and they refused to quote a coverage rate until my renewal date, obviously not respecting forward thinking. Their insurance partner then told me i needed to request this broker call in to report they’re no longer managing the account and when i asked international insurance service to do that, the representative was rude, unreceptive, completely unhelpful refusing to make the call and telling me not to call back.
