Margarita Roman is the name of the shady salesperson who my mother was assigned to at this insurance company. Besides the fact that she sounded like she did not know how to work the system she was using, this woman had my mother on the phone for almost 3 hours just to renew my mothers insurance. She suggested my mother change her policy supposedly to get a better deal, leaving one vehicle w the company we originally had and putting the other two cars w a different company, made no sense to us but we trusted her choice to do so. She had me sending pictures of all 3 vehicles (6 photos per car) over and over and over, sending one photo at a time for an hour. At the end, Margarita asks about recurring payment and says that my mother has to sign to have the payments taken out on the 30th of the
