Last year after consulting with Gina from Integrity First, I made the decision to to switch from my insurance company at the time to take advantage of the huge price break for equivalent coverage. Ironically a few months after the switch, we had rough storms that took shingles off my roof and caused a leak in the attic area. I was mortified to look up and see a growing wet spot in the ceiling. Having a direct agent to work with was a godsend. Gina took care of every detail of my first home insurance claim and eased my concerns throughout the process. It was awful that I had to deal with demo, repairs, and a claim, but it was nice to have Gina advising me every step of the way.
