Worst insurance company ever to exist! This place use to be very professional and literally the best place to go! Well they sold it recently and the new owners have no idea how to run a business, they never answer the phone they have a huge mark up on your policy! Best way to get better rates to to go through the insurance company yourself! Make it easy for yourself and don’t use this unprofessional company.

I used LW insurance for years. All of a sudden this agent that used to help me get the best deals each year named Amanda Evans wasn’t working there anymore and I started working with Jackie or Jennifer (I forget their name) who were rarely ever available to talk to. Amanda used to call me a week before my auto insurance was set to renew to get my insurance renewed and discuss possible changes. But when I worked with this new lady I could never get her on the phone when I would call to see if I can get a better deal 3 days before my insurance was set to auto-renew since it had gone up to $100 more.
