From the start, the process with Igor wasn’t smooth, but we decided to go through with it anyway. The policy was active from September to May. When my dad changed companies, we canceled the policy and were told a refund of the unused premium would be issued. Reply to your message from 10/21/25. You sent me an email today around 8pm that you just realized I left this review. It lines up with how you guys don’t pay attention to anything at all. I came to you on 7/24 while I still had a month of coverage to look for business insurance for me which should have been plenty of time and there was not any lap in coverage….. I been calling the office once or twice a week asking your AI assistant to connect me to you that would not answer the phone 95% of the time. I sent a follow up email every time I left a VM to see where we stand. Then you’d get back to me DAYs or weeks later and asking me for additional information who you should have asked from the begging to speed up the process…. They deserve 0 Stars!!!!!! Terrible customer service. Terrible to work with and when you call for simple requests they will not get back to you to fix issues. They don't look out for you as a customer to have the most savings. I don't know how they stay in business with the unprofessional subpar service they give. You're better off calling insurance company yourselves to get what need because these people are useless. Do better!!!!!!!!!!

This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with! My customer service rep was a girl that barely spoke English. She told me to stop calling them, after I have only called twice. I asked to speak with another rep and was told no. I asked for her to send another email, as I didn't get the 1st she sent, and was also told "no I will not send you another email". Can you even comprehend a company that relies on your business acting this way?! All of this because we need a damaged check reissued. She said it is not legit but I know it was and I was told by two bank officers it was not a phony. If you buy insurance through them and have a claim....GOOD LUCK. I would highly suggest you use another insurance company.
