I went here for a consultation in January as I am backed up over a year on my taxes and self employed. Felt super comfortable here and figured I would be doing my taxes with them for decades. After a few months and a few email exchanges I got flat out ghosted. Wish there was more to it, there isn't. I always take into consideration it is tax season they are busy so I would wait days in between reaching out. I have been emailing and calling for over a full month and have gotten no response what so ever except the secretary telling me to continue to send emails and wait for call backs that do not come. If they did not want my account all they had to do was say it. Considering I need my taxes done quarterly and payroll soon, I am not sure why they would not want my business. To be honest it

This a horrible place to even ATTEMPT to do business with. Called to get a workers comp quote and I’m providing her with information to see what can be done and because I mention I’m a licensed Insurance Agent in NY and I begin to give her information that I am aware she is going to need for the quote. She gets upset and says “then you can go through your own companies” and hangs up. Sad truly sad!
