My family has used InsureChampaign for a pretty long while now and they've always taken great care of us. Rachel B. has been my agent for the last few years and is just the best! Really, I can't praise her enough. She and the rest of the folks over there definitely advocate for their clients and really care. I highly recommend them! :)

InsureChampaign found an insurer for the house that we were still trying to sell after moving. After we closed on the sale and canceled the policy, it took almost 2 months (with repeated email followups and despite promises that it would arrive in days) to get the prorated refund. We also never received an adequate explanation (again despite multiple requests over several weeks) about why the refund amount was less than it should have been or even how the amount was determined. My guess is that this is a case in which there were too many agents involved -- they passed it along to another agency that then passed it along to an underwriter. But, the communication throughout was poor and the representatives did not answer our questions.

Called about insurance and the person at the front office hung up on me. Then I called again informed them someone rudely hung up on me and they had to said was “okay” so I decided I’d rather not do business with someone who can’t even apologize when they hang up on people. Everyone deserves respect no matter your age, color, or race.
