Customer service in their office is exceptional, if you’re looking for State Farm use Marcy McAnally they are great! With a homeowners claim they did a great job with helping with communication with State Farm’s claim dept. When I needed to know where the check payment was, they did the follow up communication instead of me holding for an eternity with State Farm claims. Vianna Gordon was excellent at customer service and always responded promptly to my email communication.

Marcy McAnally and her colleagues are excellent at customer service, and consistently so. Naturally, I contact them only when I have a problem :) , and they are always cheerful and efficient in resolving it. My most recent interaction was with Misty. She and everbody else I've talked to at Marcy's office over the years are knowledgeable and good at explaining (and at listening!). I can't imagine going anywhere else for insurance.

Keri is awesome and provides excellent customer service! If I send her an email with a request or question she responds in a timely manner every time. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and appreciate the professionalism of Marcy and her team. They are consistent and efficient with providing options to make sure I'm taken care of and save as much money as possible!

I've been a customer with Marcy's team for almost 12 years now and have always had nothing but excellent interactions! Everyone is always on their A- game and super informative. Any questions I've had they're extremely responsive and professional. I definitely would recommend them for all of your insurance needs! I currently have full coverage on auto and renters insurance.
