Could never get hold of Joel. Never got copies of my policies. I trusted this guy to do the best job for us. It was. Farm and Ranch policy. When I would call about the renewal he would just take care of it. I never thought to worry about it. I am so glad we never had a claim. It probably would Not have been paid. When renewal came and I could not get Joel to call me back. I called the company to find out our renewal. Premium would be $24,000 for one year. The more I dug into this the more I realized he had been gouging us for five years. So very sorry I put my trust in him.
