My wife and I have called numerous times and left numerous messages. I insure 3 cars and my home with this agency. Now I can't get anybody to talk to us.

Darrin Wade Agent is the definition of a used car salesman. He scammed my husband and I to buy home owners insurance through his agency. We did because the price was great and the benefits added up. But it was to good to be true. Darrin lied and scammed us. Our home owners insurance called us less than 3 weeks after buying the house. Just to tell us the insurance company Insurance South had fraudulently submitted paperwork and now we are responsible for the discount that was now invalid. Bee careful don't trust this company. I've never left a review before but I feel like this is necessary so it won't happen to someone else.
