Recently started my roofing company and was referred to Pam Gentry by one of my vendors, I called her to get process started couldn’t get her on phone left messages with no return phone calls, so I decided to go by the office and see her in person met with her she took all my information down and said she would call me back still haven’t heard from her. I have insurance now, if I could put a 0 I would it seems like she only wants to work with Hispanics, terrible customer service I even had my now agent tell me she has that reputation. I will never set foot back in this place again!

Cassie Agan is our agent and always goes above and beyond for us. We u fortunately have had a couple homeowners claims due to some inclement weather and she assisted us every step of the way to ensure our claim was processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Mayra and Pam were very helpful and courteous. I was able to resolve the issue that I had because they listened, and were knowledgeable and knew what to do. I recommend this insurance place for worker's comp and liability insurance to any business. Thank you for your help.
