I have been working with Insurance Xchange for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Unfortunately I also have to leave a negative feedback about Sophia . As other lady stated , my kids also left without insurance because of her negligence. Even though I paid her in the beginning. She never answers her phone nor replies to messages. Whenever I go to see her she says all the documents at her home she will look in to them when she gets home and she never does. I had to go to the Assistance Office myself several times. It’s been going on since October ( 6 month).

If I could leave “zero” I would! Highly NOT RECOMMEND this insurance company and especially Sophia Glikman. She gets money but didn’t do anything. My baby is 2 month old and we still don’t have insurance. Pediatrics calling to us and asks us to pay out of pocket for all our visits. Don’t go to this insurance company!!!!!

I just want to warn you about Sophia who works in this office. She lied into my face about my kids insurance, ignoring messages , phone calls, emails. Because of her my kids without insurance. I paid for her help. She didn't do nothing and doesn't want to refund my money. Scammer P.S. all other girls very helpful and nice.

Had a great experience with Julia, health plan was active as promised on the date given. Highly recommended.
