This is by far the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with, they NEVER answer their phones or emails take forever in response , they lack professionalism in every sense and they do not stand behind their clients. These people cost me a lot of money due to lack of good knowledgeable office staffing. They stand behind their employees incompetence and not the consumer whom pays for their company! What ever happened to standing by your work? If you do something terrible fix it, don't let others have to fix it. It's good old fashioned business... Do not use these people!! If you're just looking for somewhere local to go, it's not a bad place, and the staff is nice enough. I would just recommend getting a few quotes first. Even though Insurance To Go quoted my insurance rate through Progressive, Progressive gave me a lower quote by almost $30 per month.

I really wanted to give 2 thumbs down. The receptionist is not a people person and their service is mainly for ppl who don't have auto insurance longevity or consistency. I walked out! This was most definitely not the place for me to do legitimate business. I've been with Geico 20 yrs but was seeking to save a few dollars..... This place is not worth the hassle or my time. I'm staying with competent people and a competent and reputable company.
