I have been with Ms Rachel for 5 years. She has done a wonderful job of helping me out with insurance. I have even recommended my friends of contacting her because she is so nice so pleasant to deal with the best and the most nicest person I know everybody that I've recommended to her dearly likes her as well. She's awesome.

Rachelle Phinney is an exceptional Medicare consult. I was a little afraid of changing my special needs son’s insurance because he was dropped from previous plan. Rachelle made the transition beautiful and seamless for us and it was not easy because she had to make sure Christopher had all medical supplies necessary.
