Cortine’s office is really easy to deal with. Everyone is polite, knowledgeable, and low-pressure! I switched auto insurance carriers for about six months just based on rates, but just returned to State Farm and am really pleased to do so!!

We have had nothing but the worst experience with State Farm as our home insurance. The whole town of Collinsville was hit with a terrible hail storm back in March and our whole neighborhood has gotten a new roof because of it (multiple having State Farm as well). We have done everything on our end and State Farm has never once reached out to us letting us know they have denied and when we contact them they have nothing but excuses. If I could leave less than 1 star I absolutely would. The claims process has been a slap in the face and they do not care about their customers at all. Would not recommend this branch or any State Farm branches for that matter.
