I have been a little disappointed with the level of customer service I have received the last two years with this company, as I have been a customer for the past 13 years. I recently called in for a different reason, business not personal insurance and was bounced around to three different individuals. Not horrible, but not professional. My actual frustration was the arrogance that I received from the individual who I finally spoke with and whom called me back regarding the quote I had asked about. The individual was more worried about & inquiring about our $LARGER$ business policy we have with another company then the actual one I called about!
