Our experience from the beginning was a little rocky with Kyle (slow to respond, required multiple follow up calls to move things along, etc.), but we gave him the benefit of the doubt as he was able to eventually find us the policy coverage we needed. About 10 months later we received notice that our policy was being canceled for non-payment.
