Been with this company for a couple years. For the first 6 months it was okay until my car insurance went from 98$ to 170$ with no explanation. No tickets. No wrecks. Mind u I drive a 2005 Honda and that's the only vehicle I have. They didn't wanna help me and try to bring the price down. Also I can never get anyone on the phone here. When I do my agent is rarely there and it takes days to get a call back. I won't be using this company anymore.
Lisa was so awesome and so nice to help us with our new insurance policy. Great location and super nice staff.
So I got my insurance here the people are very nice everything went fast around 10-15 minutes which is great for an insurance place if anyone needs insurance highly recommend Insurance one as they are very friendly and it won't hurt your wallet not much
Allstate Insurance perfectly answered my questions and I am very pleased about it,but the only thing is I wish they would of kept their price on the insurance quote that they had given me when I started the policy with them.
These people will not insure an older car
