Farmers Insurance- Yolanda DeCarlo

It is m pleasure to write a review about Yolanda DeCarlo at Farmers Insurance. I have been Yolanda for several yrs and I hope for many more to come. She is super to work with and it's more like being with friends and family to go into her office or to talk to her on phone. I was out of town when my.last annual renewal came due and I received a call from Katy reminding me and from then on it was a snap to complete everything over the phone. But more than their efficiency and professionalism is the simple joy in dealing with them. It is fun going into the office (I even took my pet poodle, Maggie with me and she received the royal treatment!) I cannot say enough good things about Yolanda and Katy and I look forward to seeing them the next time. I'd you're looking for an insurance agent

Yolanda is kind, caring, and professional. She has a great eye for paying attention to detail. My family & I called for a quote for home & auto. She was able to show us that it appeared a previous family had a claim on the home we will be moving in to which would in turn, effect our policy... It helped get the ball rolling so research could/can be done, in order to make the best decisions possible. Yolanda is one that will truly have your back. I highly recommend her!

I have been with Yolanda DeCarlo for years I would not go to anyone else for insurance. My daughter has just moved here from Louisiana and she is now insured with her to. They have the best prices in tow. They really do appreciate your business and they also treat you like family. ❤️

Very prompt. Yolanda and her staff. The day I put in my claims on a weekend. On Monday morning prompt they were calling me letting me know claim was open who my contact person will be around the time they going to calling for adjustment. They made sure everything was in order that was on Monday and today Thurs , claims in motion and all company's fir glass etc has been called and appts made. They take care of their customers. Awesome customer service . MVP . You wont go wrong going with Yolanda ..great staff and good people
