Quoted me cheaper than Progressive and quick service.

Worst customer service ever! It takes WEEKS to get a hold of someone. I traded in my car and needed to update them with the new VIN and other info. I was left on hold for at least 30 minutes before I was hung up on. I left numerous voicemails and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. I don't know how they have 4 stars, if I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would.

This place has the worst customer service ever. It takes forever for them to answer if they answer at all. I can never get a hold of anyone in that office. Do not even waste your time calling this place you will thank me later.

Although they made a simple mistake of charging me twice a month for 1 vehicle and i had to drive 45min to solve the issue they were very professional... And promised my refund asap!!
