The people working in this place are unprofessional and unreliable. I have used them for years. Unfortunately all they care is to sell insurance policies to people, but they do not take care of their clients. I had an accident in December 2024. The accident was not my fault. I called the insurance several times to make sure that they knew what happened and that they would be on the lookout to protect me as a customer. Almost eight months has passed and two days before my insurance renewal, on 2 August 2025, I got a call from Laura, one of their agents to let me know that my insurance premium was going up. I never got a letter with the new policy or change of premium. Instead of them calling my insurance carrier to ask them to provide information that the accident was my fault to challenge

These girls are great! They will find you the best price on your auto insurance. Honest people, they won’t lie to you. You can also quote for General Liability, Workers Comp, RVs, motorcycle, home owners or renters insurance! They have it all!! They all speak English, Spanish and Portuguese! Give them a chance to quote for you... :)
