Insurance Doctor

I'm completely frustrated with these people. I was traveling.. so I was on the road… when the person who receives my mail notified me that a "policy termination" notice had arrived. The month I paid for wasn't even up, and they left me without coverage in the middle of nowhere. They don't respond to my emails. I had automatic debit, and for some reason they decided to cancel the service without notifying me. On top of that, they've been processing a refund for over a year, and it NEVER arrives. I don't know what else to do to get them to respond and resolve this. Because on top of everything else, they charged me their advisor commission... and they're doing absolutely nothing.

At insurance dr they do everything to get the cheapest premium and I love all the girl. Warm smiles and positive attitudes are a pleasure to work with
