Insurance Care Direct

Complete scam. Adam "sold" me a group package he said would cover my doctor visits no matter who I went to see. Two months later not a single medical bill has been paid by the insurance he sold me. Not only am I out the $250/month but now I have medical bills from the doctor I assumed would be covered by the insurance I paid for. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate company. I read these reviews previous to purchasing but felt comfortable with Adam. He is apparently just a liar and a fraud like the company for whom he works and I should have heeded the warnings online. They take money from sick people and I recommend not doing business with this company.

Scamming my wife as we speak. Won't send any paperwork. Want all of her information. Won't answer the phone after I mentioned the legitimacy of the company over. Now I have to try and call the bank tomorrow morning before they take our money!

Insurance Care Direct is a scam. Don't deal with them! They are simply auto-dialing numbers (they don't even know your name unless you answer). Report them to the Dept of Commerce and put them out of business!!!!

I was searching different insurance providers... not Insurance Care Direct and then I started getting unsolicited calls from them. Was hung up on a few times when I asked to be removed from all list. Very disappointing and intrusive!
