I reached out to Tyler at 10pm on a Monday, requesting a quote for the exact same terms as my existing coverage. I had a quote in my inbox before 8:30 the next morning (same coverage but $1,500 cheaper than my existing insurance). I had a policyholder portal set up with my new insurer three days after that. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions. As evidenced by the beginning of my review, he was also incredibly responsive. He works with a large number of insurers, so he can provide very competitive rates. I would highly recommend him for anyone shopping around for insurance.
