We have been AAA for years and they have completely gone downhill . The manager of the Burnsville location Jaime Larson gives AAA a bad name . She does not return phone calls , text or emails and does not follow thru . I have been waiting for an issue to be resolved since January and she has yet to take care of it . They are not who they used to be and they are impossible to work with . My advice is pay your insurance company for a towing service because I can guarantee they will be more reliable and follow thru .
