If I could put zero stars, I would do so. I have had this insurance company through Auto Owners for 5 years. Zero changes to my coverage or claims filed with them. I was audited by the company, and my rates nearly doubled from the audit. Their excuse was that I made more money than I did when I started my policy. No kidding. Isn't that what a business is supposed to do? Scope of work never just volume. They are crooks. Shop around like i ended up doing and find someone else.
