When certs are needed with VIN #’s its next to impossible to get someone to help. My agent is never there. Brokers will give someone else the load if we don’t get these in a timely manner. With rates so low and insurance rates so high I need to act fast if I want a load with an even ok rate. You guys need to do better. These loads pay your rates.

They can't manage to stop a payment 5 days from the withdrawal and then threaten to keep the security deposit if you opt to dispute the charge. With all the other options out there for insurance, go find someone else. Don't worry though, if you got your new general liability policy through them, they will prorate and back date it for you... But once they hear you went to a new company that's suddenly not part of your "plan". Just playing the usual insurance games considering in just shy of 3 years of never having a payment issue and never filing a claim, they still need to get their last $300 from me.
