The worst Insurance claim payout. I had the Adjuster say the claim was "open and shut case" and the company that caused the damage, Dish Network, come onsite and verify it was their fault. Yet the Adjuster, Melinda Rosa, hasn't returned ONE phone call, hasn't done ANY WORK and even though this is very important, as the Dish Network Technician drove a satellite mounting post straight thru my Water Main Sewer line that connect from my house to the main county sewer line, causing me $1k out of pocket to have the line unclogged 3 x's already and it backing up a 4th time after a line flush.... This POS company and sorry Claims handler hasn't done a damn thing. It is going on 3 weeks now and she has done NOTHING! She has all the information, adjusters report, signed agreements from Dish Network

This company is a shame. My car was damaged at a carwash that is represented by this firm. The adjuster, Melinda, stated that i had to prove that her client was at fault by proving that the carwash was defective. The GM admitted that the damage was caused by a car in front of me getting stuck on the truck. Melinda laughed as she told me to file a claim with my insurance. She is a low down and very unprofessional person. She hasn't heard the last from me
