Give them a call. I love working with a company that knows me when they pick up the phone. They handled the whole change from Geico to Travelers with a couple txt messages. Saved me a load of money. Ask for Tyler he was great!
This company is a joke! All over the place .. misleading , misinforms and does not call back and handle anything even days later.. there are hundreds of ins agents I advise picking another company unless you wanna be given a bunch of run around ! Got my ins fixed by calling the actual company myself in a matter of minutes - don't waste your time on this company - don't say I don't warn you
