Dan Scaglione - State Farm Insurance Agent

I always get excellent customer service from this agency. My most recent claim (glass) went from damaged window to claim to repair in under 18 hours. All staff is great; Eileen took care of me for this most recent event and was amazing! I recommend Dan and his team to everyone!

Today, I called the agency at 30 minutes before closing to switch my coverage from one auto to another. Eileen was out for the day and I had the opportunity to speak with my agent, Dan, directly. It was an unexpected pleasure (sorry if that sounds corny); but Dan completed my request in less than 20 minutes. The car dealer and I now have what is needed to complete the purchase on Monday. There have been numerous contacts with this agency of State Farm; all positive. Not once have I regretted my decision to change insurance providers - I had been with Prudential in the past for many years until they changed the products they offer. I had an unfortunate circumstance happen to a home of mine. I called Dan my insurance man and he set everything in motion. Between Dan and Ron my claims adjuster my experience was unbelievable. I wanted to change my car insurance . I emailed at State Farm and Eileen was so helpful. Answered all my questions and she did everything. We bundled my car and my house and I end up paying less than what I was paying only for my car at the previous insurance. I recommend 100%
