Scam artist. Uses these big words to make it seem like he knows about the insurance business but he doesn't. It took over two hours to set up a plan; however, with another agency it took minutes. Run, don't walk away from him. He will say you owe money when that isn't the case. Find a LEGIT agent -- please. I am doing you a favor by telling you this.
