Omg!!! I have had the worst experience ever and I have been with Aflac since 2014!!! If you are thinking that filing a claim is easy let me tell you it is not I filed a claim 4/28/22 here it is 6/1/22 and I am still waiting. If you don’t call them they will not pay you your benefits correctly they will pay what they fill you should get paid! Now if it is a small amount they will pay you the 100 they will do that but when they have to pay anything over that please be prepared to fight!! There customer service is horrible at best. No one at this company cares about you the client all they want is to do is take your money every check. Please don’t buy into Aflac it is not worth fighting for something you will barely use.
