Indiana Farmers Insurance

I was very pleased with the service that we received, They were very good and caring during the whole process, The agent answered my questions and was very timely on getting things taken care of. I can't complain because the Indiana Farmers Insurance company did take excellent care of us during a very difficult time.

I had storm damage at my home Easter weekend and I filed a claim with Indiana Famers Insurance right away , they sent out a claim adjuster on Wednesday , talked to the claim adjuster on Thursday and Friday on the phone and by email. I received an email from the claims manager on Friday stating the claim adjuster report wasn't complete because he was waiting on the estimates for the work that needed to be done even though i sent those to him on Thursday after I received the estimates for the work to be done . I had no response from the claim adjuster or claims manager so I notified Beck and Curry insurance who intervene for me and talked to head of claims and finally got answers and everything moved somewhat more quickly and there was more communication between me, Beck and Curry and India

No explanation needed, they are very professional and very helpful. They also work very hard to give you a much flexible and affordable rate. Would recommend this individual(s) to family and friends.

I started with Indiana Farmers Ins after the company I was with 40-years premiums went up so high (with no claims). In the past 3-years with Indiana Farmers I had storm damage to my barn which they handled wonderfully but it did take sometime due to our area having so much damage. Recently my windshield broke, I was told to call them to see if they covered it. I did and spoke with Pam Q. she handled it like a champion! Immediately took the claim & gave me a claim number, I had it replaced with a company they didn't do business with so I paid out of pocket then sent them the PDF receipt I received and I got a paid in full check 2-days later!! "I was amazed" the entire claim & repair was so smooth and Pam is the utmost professional I've ever dealt with. I am very thankful for Indiana Farmers

Extremely disappointed. After my accident, Indiana Farmers Insurance gave me the runaround and refused to fix my car even though the damage was clearly covered. I expected better support and accountability from my insurer. Would not recommend.
