I wish I could select zero stars for this company. I have been given the run around for 2 weeks on a claim. A lady runs into my car door in a parking lot and I have pictures and proof of what happened and Indiana Farm Bureau doesn't do anything. They actually give me the claim number and telephone number for the other person's insurance company so that I CAN CALL THEM! Absolutely ridiculous. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
I love these people! Always easy to work with, excellent prices, very friendly!
A man breaks give out and he rammed into me has nothing to do with my insurance it's Progressive that's taking their time and now she's calling me at different times and I call her back and she won't answer the phone so I don't know how we work this out but I need my vehicle fixed
