I GAVE BAKER AGENCY A 3 STAR REVIEW BUT THAT HAS SINCE BEEN CHANGED TO A 1 START REVIEW. I'LL TELL YOU WHY-I WAS IN A WRECK WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF MY OWN THE OTHER CAR INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THE WOMAN HAD THAT HIT MY CAR PAID FOR MY CAR AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT GOES WITH THAT WHEN SOMEONE ELSE IS AT FAULT SO MY INSURANCE COMPANY BAKER'S INS MORE THAN DOUBLED MY INSURANCE. I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH THE "INFLATION" THAT IT COULD GO UP A BIT BUT NOT AT $100 MORE PER MONTH. IM LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT REPUTABLE INSURANCE COMPANY AND SWITCH BECAUSE I CANNOT DO THIS ANYMORE. THE NICE THINGS THAT WAS TRUE AT THE TIME I POSTED BELOW 👇🏻 HAS BEEN CANCELLED! My family has been with Bakers for many years and have been so pleased with them, we wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance for my vehicles they do

I was very impressed with the service I received here. The staff was extremely friendly and had everything ready to go when I arrived and I was in an out in less than 10 minutes.

Lisa over charged my card is very rude and intolerable and was terrible service
