Lack of professionalism and communication. The ladies in the front desk are always rude no matter if you’re an old customer!!!!
I was running late to my insurance appointment and as soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by my agent and helped immediately. I also got great deals and discounts for full coverage auto insurance.
