We’re always so amazed with the level of customer service we receive and this interaction was not any different. Emily spoke with such a great level of respect and overall kindness that it made the experience top notch. While it can be easy to dread calls to any level of customer service that is never the case when I call the local agents office. The questions are answered in a way that doesn’t make me feel like a burden and in a way that is clearly explained. Thank you for always being there for us.

I was in the process of buying a motorcycle.As I was at the BMV i had forgot to get the Insurance on it. I called State Farm and Emily took care of the insurance on the bike while we were on the phone and me at the desk and waiting on the policy number.she did this all within 15 to 20 minute time.
