One of the best insurance company. In 2025 I have 3 small accident. Those people from Indiana Farm bureau help me with everything. For 3 claim only once I paid over on 30 bucks and after all my insurance has cost like and before. May be you can found somewhere more cheapest company. But here you get help from person, you can come to office and people help you with any requests. You don't need call and press stupid "1,2 3 or other numbers to take personal help" you can call to representative or come to office. They are the best. This is the best insurance company.

We have always had a great experience with Farm Bureau Insurance. The office staff has always been super nice and willing to help where ever needed. Our agent is great as well. Never had an issue and the prices have always been reasonable when comparing. I'm sure we will continue for years to come.

I recently had some wind damage and filed a claim. My agent sent a adjuster out and he flew a drone over my house and didn’t even get on a ladder to physically inspect the roof. Technology is great and all but that is very shady in my opinion. So I requested a second physical inspection of the roof and low and behold they found 3x the damage. Just be cautious and do your research and take your time because they will try and rush the process and close your claim as soon as possible. I have been a customer with Indiana Farm Bureau for over 20 years and didn’t expect to get such low level service.
