There really should be a no stars option or a two thumbs down! Have been a business customer since 2013... We have NEVER seen anyone from this office face to face and they only reach out when it's time to renew or collect premiums. We have paid tens of thousands in premiums and have never had a loss...we were repaid with "lower renewals" failed to mention less coverage and their knowledge of workers comp and our business type...A complete joke! Oh, we did get a Christmas card this year! My guess is damage control. . I would imagine we're not the only fed up business customer since we constantly received emails intended for other businesses I assume they received emails intended for us! I suppose they would be fine for a very simple low, low revenue or hobby business with no assets or emplo

Would not return calls for nearly 3 weeks after one of their clients had accidentally hit our car. Totally inconsiderate for clients and others

They have insured my cars, homes and businesses since 1990. I'm Disabled and retired now but they still insure my home. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
